Yes, Latipay places high importance on the security of its software. The Latipay payment gateway is protected with SSL encryption. Latipay does not store any sensitive banking information such as your full credit card number or CVV codes. During a transaction, no one can access or see your credentials. We also undertake regular security reviews to ensure that we meet all modern security standards.

The LATIPAY payment gateway is a compliant payment platform that allows merchants to accept credit card payments for goods and services through their website. If approved, Merchants can also provide customers with Latipay’s pay by link service via email, text and other messaging platforms to make payment via a hosted payment page.   All payments are settled into the merchant’s local Hong Kong account in like for like currency denomination only.

  Yes, Latipay is a Registered New Zealand financial service provider (FSP) holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and is registered with FINCEN in the USA.   How much does it cost to use Latipay?   Having a LATIPAY account is completely free of charge to set up. When transactions are processed there is a small transaction fee (lower than any credit card service) .

Latipay partners with the world’s top organisations to deliver it’s end to end payment and settlement service. Our partnerships include Tier 1 payment schemes Visa and Mastercard, Global Institutional Banks such as Citi and Technology providers such as Amazon Web Services.
